A livable space is a functioning one, in which all installed systems and elements integrate and function as designed and planned; therefore, preserving those systems and elements is a thought that has to be on the table in the early stages of design and construction for any space whether it is for commercial, residential or business, healthcare, hospitality or for any other need.

Traços for Contracting started in construction in 2003, and has chosen to transform its clients’ desires and ideas to the livable reality. In 2009, we, in Traços, realized that, in order to keep the "Livable" part sustained and truthful, we need to maintain what we have constructed; and Traços Maintenance service was the answer.

A common question is "so, what do I get when I agree to having a regular maintenance service provider?" The answer is below:

  • A one point of contact that is responsible for all repairs and orders parts, maintains records of warranties, reminds you when services are due and provides you with free quotes, job feedback and prompt invoices

  • Consulting services about any modification, change, addition or omission you are thinking of. We give you a full analysis that has answers to any How, Who, Why and When questions you might have.
  • Spare parts orders and installations, you name it and you will have it.
